Importance of Human Resources Training in the Workplace
Human resources training protects people from harm that doesn’t show up on an injury report: harassment, discrimination, bullying, bias and the conflicts that grow out of them. These issues damage morale and retention and can expose employers to serious legal liability, and the best defense is making sure every employee and manager understands what’s expected of them. Our human resources training videos cover that ground, starting with Preventing Workplace Discrimination for Employees and its manager version, which explains the laws and policies established to fight discrimination.
Harassment prevention is covered for employees and leaders in Preventing Sexual Harassment for Employees, for Managers and Supervisors and Handling a Sexual Harassment Investigation.
