Importance of Harassment Prevention Training in the Workplace

Harassment, bullying and unresolved conflict wear down morale, drive good employees away and can escalate into legal claims or even violence. A respectful workplace depends on everyone knowing which behaviors cross the line and what to do when they see them. Bullying gets its own focus in Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior for Employees, which helps employees recognize this behavior and shut it down, and the version for managers and supervisors, which helps leaders prevent it in their departments. Many disputes can be settled before they become harassment complaints, which is the focus of Conflict Resolution in the Office and Conflict Resolution in Industrial Facilities.
