Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SafetyTrainingDirect.com for your safety training needs. We aim to provide high-quality training materials and a fair, transparent refund process. Please review the following policy carefully.


1. Physical Products (DVDs and USBs)

  • Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date for all DVD and USB products.
  • Approved refunds will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

2. Subscription Purchases

  • Refund requests for Interactive Online Training, Video On-Demand (VOD) streaming, and Classroom / Trainer subscriptions must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A refund will be granted only if no more than one (1) trainee has completed training on the account.
  • If training has been conducted for more than one individual, no refund will be issued.

3. Subscription Services

Automatic Renewal

  • All subscription plans automatically renew on the annual anniversary date of the original sign-up, unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Refunds After Renewal

  • Customers may request a refund for a renewed subscription within 60 days of the renewal date, provided that:
    • No training activity has occurred on the account after the renewal date.
  • If any training activity occurs following renewal, no refund will be granted.
